Do I need all three or can I start with two?
The Trifecta is the complete system and produces the best results when used together. If you want to start with two, go for the Cortisol Combo (Glutathione+ & Xcelerate)! Many women who start with two add Gut Advantage within the first month once they see what changes and what doesn’t!
How long before I notice something?
You will feel a dramatic shift in just 15 minutes after the Xcelerate. Most women report changes in mood and digestion within the first week to two weeks. Hormonal and metabolic changes typically build over six to eight weeks of consistent use. Individual results vary.*
What if I'm sensitive to caffeine?
Start with 1/3 to 1/2 scoop of Xcelerate and increase gradually. The Glutathione+ and Gut Advantage are both completely stimulant-free and can be used without Xcelerate if needed.
Gut Advantage contains milk — what if I'm dairy sensitive?
