I want to share a friendly tip: Start slow – we suggest starting with ⅓ of a serving! Many people find this is all they need to get amazing results. Others may need more, but something about the nootropics with the caffeine hits different!
 
Coffee (Light or Dark):
Hot – add approximately 8oz. of hot water with ⅓ serving
Cold – add approximately 8oz. cold water over ice with ⅓ serving
– Feel free to add creamer to taste! –

Mix ⅓ serving with 8oz. of Water (I prefer cold w/ ice)
